Spacious 50m2 1 bedroom, first floor apartment, located at the top of Cours Massena in the heart of the old town, with a lovely balcony overlooking the market. The apartment benefits from being double aspect, meaning that the enormous airy bedroom overlooks a quiet street. It has a ceiling fan and full length fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and the toilet is separate. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed. For those that don't know Antibes, this is probably the best position for a holiday rental, you are literally 20 steps from the local boulangerie, and there is no better place than the balcony for watching the life of Antibes. To reach the beach, a couple of hundred metres away, is a lovely stroll through the market and past a few shops and cafes and through the arch of the medieval ramparts, and past a few of the smaller yachts in the famous marina. The beach is sheltered and has showers and two snack bars.

Towels and linen are included in the price, and will be changed for each week of stay.

There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony.

Leisure Facilities

Instead of the local Antibes beach, it is a few minutes stroll around the Ramparts to the next beach along, Salis beach. Everything you need for a fabulous holiday is within minutes walk of the apartment,dozens of restaurants to choose from, bars on the sidewalks. Apart from the daily provencal food market there is a clothes /antiques market on Thursday and Saturday, and for a small village Antibes has a surprising array of shops from souvenir to designer clothes and everything inbetween.

Currency Conversion

Booking Notes

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of the booking to secure it.The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. You will be met at the apartment and given two sets of keys in exchange for a 300 euro ( or pound equivalent) security and key deposit. This is returned on departure. Arrivals after 9pm incurr a 25 euro "after hours" charge.

Changeover day

Changeover day is Saturday, but ask about other days, maybe we can accomadate you. Normal departure time is by 11am and arrivals after 3pm to allow time for cleaning and linen change.
