Forest view is situated in the unspoilt countryside of the Perche valley, in the Orne region of Lower Normandy. The Perche valley sits within a Regional National Park, full of relaxing walks & scenic drives. Forest view is set in 10 acres, including a 1.5 acre lake, situated next to the Foret de Saussay.

Bed linen is supplied, but towels & tea towels are not.

Our Gite has central heating, fans available for hot days.

Gravelled area to front, grassed area at back. Bathroom has 2 steps down in to it
Outside
To the front of the Gite is a graveled parking area; At the back of the Gite is an under cover patio area, incase the weather is unkind, If the weather is nice then you are very welcome to move the furniture into our orchard. In the summer we have a small splash pool available for our guests
Further Details
If there are more than 6 people in your party, then we can accomodate you, we have 3 B&B en suite rooms available. Or if you have friends that like camping, We have a small 20 pitch campsite.
Local Information
If you want a really busy holiday then don't look at Forest view, but, if you want a nice relaxing holiday then this is ideal for you. The area is ideal for walking, cycling & bird watching.
Leisure Facilities
Our local town called Remalard has an outdoor pool open in the summer, Nogent le Rotou has a indoor pool open all year. Golf coruse course 15 minutes away, tennis court 5 minutes away from Forest view at a quaint village called Brettoncelles. Fishing on site.

Booking Notes
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If you are making a booking within 6 weeks from the commencement of your holiday the full amount will be payable on booling. Full terms & conditions are available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover days are normally saturday, but if you only want a short break, or more than a week, then please contact us for more information Arrival time is 4pm Departure time is 10am unless agreed with Forest view
