Il Micci is a little nest for two in the city of Florence, at just 3 kms. from the centre and the central railway station. Our apartment is on the first level (no elevator!) of a litle bulding whcih dates back to the 1930s. It is 45sm. and provides a doorway, a double room with high bed and period furniture, air-conditioning, a little shower-bath and a kitchen with balcony. Nice quiet area within a reach from shops, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

As you already know Florence is full of amazing things to see. Il Micci is located centrally enough in order to start all your sightseeings. It is within a reach of shops, chemist, supersmarkets and restaurants. The area is known as Piazza Puccini — Via Toscanini. You can go to the centre with the bus (bus stop is just around the corner) or with a twenty minutes nice walk.

Booking Notes
prices include: bed linens, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. cleaning, electricity, kitchen gas, water and heating. A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, paid net of all bank charges, in Euro, by wire transfer, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: cash on arrival.

Current Availability
all year rond. Micci is available for check-in only by appointment after 4 PM. As we do not have a 24-hour desk, we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 8 PM. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
