Our 3 bedroom house offers a comfortable base to enjoy and explore this exceptional region of France. Next to the ocean and surrounded by Pine forests, there is something for everyone. From the endless sandy surfing beaches to the cycle paths that weave there way to the lakes and beyond. The closeness of Bordeaux steeped in history and architecture and the vineyards of the Médoc and Bordeaux wine regions. Prices start from £320 per week.

One double bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, two further double bedrooms upstairs one with double bed and the other with bunk beds.

Bathroom upstairs with bath/shower over and a wash basin. Separate wc on ground floor.

Accomodation Notes
We can help out with baby extra's to save car space. Each room is fitted with an electric wall heater for out of season holidays.
Outside
Gas BBQ. We keep 2 adult bikes and 2 child bikes at the property you may use free of charge, also we have a child charriot to attach to a bike which can carry up to two toddlers. The shared pool is open between mid June and the end of Sept but it depends on the weather, it can open earlier. The garden is fenced and the gate can be locked. The pool is 12m x 8m, 100cm — 180cm deep and is also fenced off.
Local Information
There are local supermarkets and a weekly market all year round. In August Lacanau Ocean hosts the Sooruz Lacanau Pro, a ASP surfing competition. The town has many bars and restaurants offering traditional french dishes to pizza and pasta dishes. Due to the proximity of the ocean and lakes seafood and fish is abundant. There is a night club in the town for the dancers.
Leisure Facilities
The surfing beaches are just a short bike ride or walk away, if you take a car there are plenty of free car parking at the beach. During July and August there is a shuttle which operates around the town. At the lake you can sail, fish, boat hire and wind surf, there is a guarded beach for safe swimming. The Ardilouse International 18 hole Golf course.

Booking Notes
When you confirm your booking we send you a booking form which we ask you to complete and return to us. It includes a breakdown of the deposit we ask for and also gives the details of how to pay. We also send you the Terms and Conditions at the same time.
Changeover day
Saturday is our changeover day during the peak season July/August although we can be flexible other months. Departure before 1000 and arrival after 1600
