4* self-catering apartment located in the centre of Borovets just 100m from the gondola. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a lounge/dining area with LCD TV and DVD player, a kitchen area and a luxury tiled bathroom with shower and bath. The apartment, completed in December 2006, is in the much sought-after Flora complex, which includes an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, Irish pub, casino, games room and much more. In the winter Borovets is a hugely popular ski resort, and we can pre-book your ski/snowboard packages so you can head out onto the pistes as soon as you arrive! We can even arrange skidoo trips for you! In the summer, Borovets is an ideal base for walking/hiking, mountain-biking, horse-riding, watersports and much more besides. We can pre-book many of these activities for you - just ask for more information. We also offer airport transfers, so you can be whisked from either Sofia or Plovdiv airport without the added expense of hiring a car.

Outside
The Flora complex is on a well mainted plot consisting of one road between the buildings leading to car park spaces, and is full of paved areas intermingled with shrubbery and planted gardens. The entire complex borders a large pine forest, through which the nearby ski-lift climbs up into the mountains. In the summer, the complex has an outdoor tennis court. In the winter, this is transformed into a small ice rink for guests.
Further Details
The apartment is less than a minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Borovets. The main Flora building has 2 cash machines, and there is a further cash machine outside a bank on the main road through the resort.
Leisure Facilities
The main Flora building has a medium-sized indoor heated swimming pool, plus a jacuzzi, well stocked gymnasium, sauna and solarium. There is also an Irish pub, casino, and games room with a table-tennis table.

Booking Notes
Booking Procedure: 1) Once a price is agreed by email/phone, we will send you a Booking Form. 2) You return the Booking Form within 7 days, together with a reservation fee of £100 per apartment, and the accommodation is reserved for you. 3) Payment can be made by cheque, or online via a credit/debit card using PayPal. Please note we add a 3.5% surcharge for PayPal payments to cover our costs of using the service. 4) The balance of your holiday cost is due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, the full cost of the holiday is payable immediately. 5) After payment is received, we will send you vouchers for accommodation and any additional services (e.g. ski packs) you have ordered from us. The vouchers are then used in the resort to claim your paid-for services. 6) On arrival in the resort, you will meet a representative of the property management company who will handover the keys to your accommodation. In addition to your accommodation voucher, a breakages deposit of £100 per apartment is due at this stage. Providing there are no breakages during your stay, this is refunded to you on your departure from the resort.
Changeover day
Saturday is the normal changeover day. However, we know this depends on flights, and are usually flexible. You are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. To allow for cleaning, apartments cannot usually be let until after 2pm on the day of arrival.
