Lefkada is a green - clad island situated in the central Ionian Sea, the island of poets and music. Esperides Villas consists of four independent villas which are perched amphitheatrically on the side of the hill of Katouna. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, garden and balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea . They are decorated in style and designed paying particular attention to detail. There is a cosy bedroom with bathroom a spacious sitting room with a fireplace and TV, a dining area and a fully – equipped kitchen. All villas are air-conditioned and have their own parking space. Esperides Villas consists of four independent villas called Aigli, Arethousa, Erithia and Espera. Each one can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Lefkas can offer the traveler both the cosmopolitan life of the capital town and Nidri and also quiet idyllic holidays in the little villages.

The open plan living room and kitchen opens on to a garden and patio with private pool . There is a big patio for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table. The luxury furnished living room contains a fireplace and TV — DVD and a double sofa — bed.

The fully equipped kitchen contains Fridge,hot plate and oven,tea and coffee making facilities,toast machine.

Cleaning & Linen

Towels and linen are included. Every three days the property is cleaned and towels and linen are changed

Outside

The villa has its own private pool which is 30m2. There is a big patio for shade by the pool with sunbeds, chairs and a dining table. There is a small private garden for each villa . Parking in the property.
