Sunkissed Villas offers two brand new luxury purpose built holiday villas on the West Coast of Mauritius in the town of Flic en Flac. Both have modern interior decor with three large air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite facilities and access to balconies. Downstairs is a fully equiped kitchen with all mod cons, WC, open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable furnishing, ceiling fan and doors opening to a terrace leading to a private garden with pool. the villas are in close proximity to all facilities incluing supermarket, pharmacy and an array of restaurants and bars plus a disco and casino. With sea views they are a short walk to the long sandy beach of Flic en Flac recently voted top ten in the world. Suitable for couples and families alike cots are available on request, close to many hotels they also offer an affordable option for wedding parties.

Bedrooms
1st floor bedrooms are a comfortable double with en-suite,dressing area, king size bed and balcony access with sea view and a large twin room also with en-suite and balcony access. 2nd floor accommodates the master bedroom with king size bed ensuite, dressing area, balcony and large sea facing window. All rooms have ample wardrobe space and are air conditioned.
Bathrooms
All ensuite bathrooms have WC, shower and wash basin. There is a further ground floor WC.
Living Rooms
The lounge area is comfortabley furnished with a three piece suite and coffee table there is a ceiling fan above, the dining area consists of large table with six chairs and a wall mounted fan. There are french doors opening to the terrace from lounge and dining area.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is well equiped with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all cutlery, crocery and pans etc.
Cleaning & Linen
Clean linen and towels for use inside the villas are provided. Maid service is twice weekly on wednesdays and saturdays.
Accomodation Notes
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. An iron and ironing board are provided. We can provide cots on request. There is also a safe available for extra security. There is ample parking space for use by both villas and entrance to the property is via a locked gate.
Outside
The exterior of the property is landscaped with shrubs, plants and palm trees, there is a shared diveway for use by both villas. Each villa has it's own private walled garden with lawned area, kidney shaped pool, BBQ, terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers and outside shower.
