Separate spacious double bedroom with small integral wardrobe, large sofa bed in lounge plus two additional single beds in mezzanine offer ample sleeping room for young couples or families of up to 6 people. The residence is 10-15 minutes walk to the fine sandy beaches with bars, restaurants & all required amenities.The domaine is 15kms from Nice airport along the A8 Motorway exiting at Junction 44 signposted Antibes.

Wooden staircase goes up into mezzanine area with two single beds that can be brought together to form another double bed. Side cabinet & chest of drawers.

All bed, bathroom & kitchen linen provided free of charge. No maid service.

The secure domaine is ideal for children & pets.

Outside

The apartment is set in a tranquil pine forest domaine with a secure electrically operated gate. Own allocated parking spaces. Large communal pool with spectacular views.

Further Details

Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, doctor, dentist, vet, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office with cash point facility are all within 15 minutes walk away. Casino & cinema are a 10 minute drive.

Local Information

Juan-Les-Pins is a bustling holiday resort with all facilities. In contrast Golfe Juan still maintains its sleepy fishing village appeal. Nearby Antibes is steeped in history with a highly cosmopolitan population with numerous attractions including the old fortress & marina

Leisure Facilities

Sandy beaches with beachfront bars & restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk, numerous championship golf courses in the area. Windsurfing, boules, jet ski & boat hire, scuba diving, boat trips are all nearby. Marineland offers a great family fun day out. Local gym.

Booking Notes

A booking is only confirmed when the booking contract is signed & duly returned with the 20% deposit. The balance to be paid in cash upon arrival or by cheque one month in advance. A refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros is also required.

All cancellations must be notified immediately,however in the event of cancellation less than two months prior to the date of arrival then the 20% deposit will not be refunded.

Changeover day

Changeover day is Saturday and we request that the apartment is vacated by 10.00 AM on the last day of the rental period & guests are kindly asked not to arrive before 2.00 PM unless br prior arrangement.
