Burford house is a well situated 6 bedroom home meeting all of todays needs when going on holiday. The house is in Ryde and is only a five minute walk from the town center with a five minute walk to the esplande and beaches. Ryde has many pub's and cafe's as well as the majority of local banks and clothing stores with supermarket's.... iceland, somerfields and tesco's. The town has an excellent bus service as well as the hovercraft and fastcat to the mainland at regular intervals. The town also offers a bowling alley and ice skating rink and indoor swimming pool with outdoor paddling pool and boating lake, there is also a fun fair and one of the uk's finest beaches with life guards on watch during peek season. Ryde boasts its own golf coarse and vineyard and the beautiful country side is only a few minutes away with bridalways and cycle routes. you are never very far from peace on one hand and culture, activities and interests in the other. All 3 double bed rooms are quite large and have fitted wardbrobes and fireplaces with iron bedsteads and top quality matteresses the master bedroom also has bay windows with sea views. The 3 twin bedrooms are also a good size with anple storage, the rooms have iron bedsteads and top quality matteresses

There are 3 bathrooms, the largest has a spa/shower/steam room/jacuzzi with basin and toliet. Bathroom 2nd has a power shower/bath with basin and the 3rd bathroom has a electric shower and toliet.

This is a high ceilinged large room with a bay window and sea views, sofas and soft textured cushions floor cushions. It also has a large fireplace and 52" plasma tv with sky and dvd player. This room also has broadband connection for notebooks/laptops and payphone

There is a Very large kitchen with breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped with, dishwasher, microwave, range cooker and large fridge/freezer and windows around half the room allowing the sunshine flood in and a view of the rear garden.

Burford house also has a large grand dinning room with lead crystal chandilier, the house also has a reading room with french doors leading onto rear garden. There is also a playroom for the kids with tv and sky and a playstation. There is a utility room with sink and tumble dryer and washing mashine " washing line in garden if required ". There are 3 toliets one is separate the other two are in bathrooms.

The towels and linen are included for the week and property is cleaned on the day of departure, the garden is attended too once a week. Cleaning products are availbile if needed ( vaccum/ carpet sweeper/ mop and bucket/ brooms)

Burford house has fully adjustable central heating There is also a private driveway and the house is also security alarmed with sercurity locks on the windows. There are also games and puzzels avalible for children as well as a travel cot and high chairt

The rear garden has a patio with table and chairs with a stone bbq. It also has a washing line when required and seating area.

There is also the uk 2nd longest pier with sea fishing points together with long beaches and one of the worlds flatest beaches that extends 4 miles when tide is out.. There is also a fun fair/ bowling green and pedalo's with small childrens paddling pool and park. There is also a road train to assist you around ryde. There are many shops and cafe's with resturants and pubs.

20% booking deposit is reuired and remainder in full two months before date booked. There is also £200 security deposit for damages which will be returned once house has been cleaned which will be posted to you after your holiday. Please email me in regards to booking.

you can access the house after 3pm on friday and need to leave before 10am the following friday unless already pre arranged when making your booking.
