Downstairs in the basement there is another twin room and further bathroom with shower. A lounge area with double bed settee which can also be used as the 4th bedroom if required. Private gardens to the front and rear, with a car standing area, patio, barbeque and fabulous views of the sea and surrounding mountains.
Further Details
The local people are extremely friendly, the cost of living is relatively cheap, and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the season, serving a wide variety of good local food at reasonable prices. There is also a cash machine near the harbour in Cala Gonone.

Booking Notes
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. This may be made by cheque or bank transfer. The full payment is required 1 month before. We do also ask for a security deposit which we refund on your return if all is ok.
