The bedrooms are accessed from the living area. On the right side is the luxurious Master bedroom with balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has 2 separate wash basins, a stand alone shower unit, and deluxe corner bath unit finished with beautiful mosaic tiling The 2 further bedrooms are on the other side of the apartment. The first has a double bed, the other, 2 singe beds. Both rooms enjoy spectacular views of the gulf and the Burj Al Arab in the distance, and share a very good sized bathroom outside the rooms.

Bookings can be made by completing the online booking form at Dubai Vacations Homes website(s) and following the on-screen instructions or by contacting Booking Agents direct by telephone, or other means Once our Booking Agents have received your booking form and booking deposit, they will, subject to availability, confirm your stay by issuing a confirmation invoice by email. This invoice will be sent to the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact the Booking Agents or us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we or our Booking Agents are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within 5 working days of our sending it out.

Arrival & Departure On arrival you must be prepared to present your confirmation details as well as your passport or identity card to us or to our representatives. Unless otherwise stated lettings commence at 3pm and end at 10 am. Details of reception arrangements on arrival vary by Property and will be included with the Booking confirmation, but please ensure that you have all your documentation available on arrival. In the case of early departure no refund can be given
