One terrace overlooks the beautiful Jardin Pauline public gardens. The other terrace overlooks private gardens and has a restricted sea view. Terraces are safely designed and suitable for children.

Local Information

Vibrant nightlife in Juan-les-Pins. Many festivals including jazz festival (July) and music with fireworks displays (August). Excellent public transport, ideal for exploring the Riviera, Monaco and into Italy.

Leisure Facilities

Fabulous sandy beach just 300m. Some private sections where sun loungers with waiter service can be hired, some free public sections. There are many beach restaurants. Beach activities available include sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, parasailing, banana rides, glass-bottom boat trips and cruises along the coast. Beautiful gardens opposite with well-equipped children's play facilities. Situated in Juan-les-Pins, ideal for shops, supermarkets, banks and cashpoints, restaurants, cafés, nightlife. Far enough from bars and nightlife to be peaceful. Near to the historic walled town of Antibes with its cafés, market, museums and yacht marina. Several golf courses and skiing are available within a short driving distance.

Booking Notes

Please email, fax or telephone for bookings. Provisional bookings may be made and will be held for up to 7 days. A deposit of £100 secures your booking. The balance due is payable no later than 10 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 10 weeks before the arrival date are payable in full on booking. Refundable deposit against damages £250 is payable no later than 10 weeks before the arrival date or, for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the arrival date, in full on booking. Most currencies accepted. Minimum booking 3 days. Please contact us for full terms and conditions. Changeover day

Arrival and departure can be on any day, subject to a 3-night minimum booking. Arrival time can be any time after 4 p.m. Departure time is 10 a.m.
