Cannes, possibly the most chic town on the entire French Riviera, is the home of many festivals. The most famous is the International Film Festival, but others include MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, the Advertising Film Festival, MIPCOM, TFWA Tax Free, MAPIC and Mare e Moda. The Iles de Lérins are a short boat trip away, and one was the prison home of the famous Man in the Iron Mask. This now houses a maritime museum. Public transport is excellent and Cannes is an excellent place from which to explore the Riviera, Monaco and into Italy.

Two fabulous sandy beaches just a minute's walk from the apartment. Ideal for all water sports and boat trips. In the Palm Beach area of Cannes, near the casino and yacht marina, just off the Boulevard de la Croisette. Overlooking Place de l'Etang, close to shops, supermarkets, banks and cashpoints, restaurants, cafés and nightlife. Far enough from bars and nightlife to be peaceful. A short walk to the Palais des Festivals. Several golf courses and skiing are available within a short driving distance.

The balance is payable no later than 10 weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made less than 10 weeks before the arrival date are payable in full on booking. Refundable deposit against damages £250 is payable no later than 10 weeks before the arrival date or, for bookings made less than 10 weeks before the arrival date, in full on booking. Payment is accepted by cheque, bank draft or bank transfer. Most currencies accepted. Minimum booking 3 days. As Festivals cause prices to fluctuate, please contact us for best available price.
