Tucked away in the quaint village of Ticehurst, East Sussex is an originally inspired Wellbeing, Natural Health Centre. This private retreat is tranquilly designed for one to two people with luxurious accommodation; massage & meditation room; and a wide range of herbal remedies from all over the world. Guests can experience Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Acupuncture, Herbal Consultations, Shamanic Divination & other therapies. We offer 2/3 night Weekend Breaks, 5/4 Weekday Herbal-Detox Retreat, 2/3 night Massage-Relaxation Retreat & a Special Ayahausca Healing Retreat. Towels and linen extra cost. The property is cleaned prior to check-in. Guests are required to maintain the standard of cleanliness throughout their stay.

It is important for the wellbeing to maintain a restful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests and in this regard we regret we cannot accept children under 16 years of age. Strictly No Pets. Mobile phones are also strictly prohibited. The Wellbeing Sanctuary also follows strict shamanic principles and codes of conduct. In order to maintain a healing spiritual atmosphere this requires for all visitors to maintain a healthy environment by not smoking, drinking alcohol or engaging in any sexual or intimate activity.

Booking Notes
MAKING A RESERVATION Request a brochure by email, choose your wellbreak package and return your completed reservation form by email. You will be notified of availability. Full payment required by credit card within 48 hours.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date will incur a 50% charge of all estimated costs. Cancellations or reduced stays whilst at the Wellbeing Sanctuary will incur a 100% charge of all estimated costs.
Changeover day
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is 10am.
