In the beautiful Tuscan countryside between Florence and Pisa and surrounded by ancient olive groves lies the Borgo di Colleoli. Formerly a working manor, the 23-acre estate has now been restored to its former glory with superb apartments developed from the many outbuildings. The traditional farm buildings have been lovingly restored into individual self catering apartments. They include all the requirements of modern living with air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, satellite TV and DVD and well-equipped kitchenettes. However, priority has been given to the retention of the rustic charm of these beautiful old buildings from exposed beams to terracotta floors and even the occasional restored fresco. Tucked away at either end of the estate are two large and impressive swimming pools, one heated and the other with an adjacent children’s pool. The pools are surrounded with plenty of sun loungers and pool towels are provided.

Accomodation Notes
The apartment has been developed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is heating during the cooler months and air conditioning for the summer.
Outside
There are over 23 areas of the Borgo estate to enjoy for walking and picnics. Near the apartment you will find two superb swimming pools, one of which is heated. There are plenty of sun loungers. On site there are two wonderful restaurants. The Enoteca offers an informal lunch and dinner menu and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy Borgo life. Il Secoli is the Borgo's award winning restaurant offering a range of italian classic dishes and a fantastic wine menu.

Pisa airport is just 40 kms away.
Local Information
Palaia is just 3km away and offers all the bars, restaurants and services of a small town such as a bank and supermarket. The Borgo is ideally situated to reach the most important Tuscan cities and towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Leisure Facilities
The Borgo is the perfect destination to enjoy all that Tuscany has to offer. On site you will find two restaurants and two swimming pools. The small village of Borgo di Colleoli, just a few minutes from the estate, offers a new Pizzeria restaurant and bar. The onsite concierge service is available to assist you at all times and can arrange everything from wine tasting in the local Chianti region to golf tee times.

Booking Notes
If booked within 10 weeks of arrival, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. If booked over 10 weeks before arrival, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or personal cheque.

This is typically Friday but can be negotiated.
