A two bedroomed house set in a large enclosed gardens in a small hamlet with panoramic views across the Vienne Valley.The house sleeps six, and has two bathrooms and a large upstairs balcony leading of the master bedroom(6x8mts) with wonderful views where you can relax during the day and watch barn owls by night. The house has all amenities including sky t.v. The house is just 1.5 miles from the market town of Chabanais with a large selection of shops and a weekly market. The town has a public heated open air swimming pool along with tennis courts and childrens play area.There is a golf course at St Junien about 20 mins away and the famous lakes of the Charente where you can swim, sail or just sun bathe are also just 20 mins away. The area is naturally pretty with many lovely villages to explore and is a haven for fisherman and keen cyclists. The larger towns of Limoges, Poitiers and Angouleme are all close by along with Cognac and the famous theme park futurescope.
