Outdoor eating on the 100m terrace or beside the pool with it's covered BBQ area & fridge. Inside a large fully equipped kitchen contains a large table for up to 12. 3 double bedrooms for up to 7 people, shower room, separate WC, fireplace, large living room with sofas, exercise bench, & billiard table, A stone's throw away, villages offer grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, chemist & bakers. Bastide towns such as Duras, Eymet & Ste Foy with their rural markets, chateaux & medieval architecture are all nearby. The grand vineyards of St Emilion & Bordeaux a short drive away. Also nearby: golf, tennis, horse riding, ballooning, canoe/rafting, bicycle hire, pleasure lakes and fishing. Child cots & high chairs on demand.

The kitchen is a large room which has a table for up to 12 people, a fireplace, fridge/freezer, cooker, micro wave, double sink, large TV and generous cupboards.

A large terrace extends to the entire length of the house and is equipped with table, chairs and benches for outdoor eating, or relaxing. A pool with safety fence and pool house offers loungers, table and chairs, a barbecue, and fridge

A cleaning service and provision of linen and towels can be arranged with the owner.
Accomodation Notes

Outside
A large flowered garden with mature trees for shade surrounds the house. The pool (12m x 5m ) is for the exclusive use of guests, and is surrounded by a 100m terrace for eating or relaxing
Further Details
Duras and Marmande are both 15 minutes away and are useful for banks, and larger supermarkets as well as a variety of shops.
Local Information
The area is very rural with traffic free roads, and beautiful scenery dotted with vineyards, orchards, sunflowers and wheat fields. Local cuisine is a gastronomic delight and very cheap. A tour of the bastide towns along the Dropt river include Monségur, La Réole, Isségeac and Eymet, where cafés and market centres abound. Chateaux and medieval churches, as well as antique shops and rural markets delight the visitor.

Booking Notes
To make a reservation a deposit of 30% of the rental will be required. This can be paid by bank card (contact Juliana Uhart) or by a French cheque directly to the owner. The remainder to be paid on arrival.
Changeover day
Bookings are from Saturday (from 4.00 pm) to Saturday (10.00 am)
