Our house is located in a gorgeous typical village, called "Plan-de-la-Tour", 10 kms from Ste Maxime, Port-Grimaud and 15 kms from St Tropez. The residence is just next to the village (2 minutes-walk) and in the middle of the vineyards. You don't need to take the car to go buy your croissants ! You also have a pharmacy, doctors, book-shop, small supermarket, etc. Our house has a nice terrace with garden furniture. You have a living-room with a convertible couch, TV and hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, big fridge and freezer etc. Separate toilets. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. The first bedroom has a king size bed and nice view. The second one has bunk beds, and a mezzanine above this room with a double bed. The decoration has been done with great attention, the beds and most of the furniture are new. You also have an access to a beautiful swimming-pool just behind the house. A private parking lot is included.

Bedrooms
The white bedroom has a nice view and a king-size bed (new bedding). Many closets. The "children" bedroom has bunk beds, and above this bedroom, you have a mezzanine with a double bed. Nice decoration.
Bathrooms
Bathroom fully tiled with a bath and a wash basin. Separate WC.
Living Rooms
Living room with a sofa (convertible 2-persons bed). TV and hi-fi radio CD. Table for up to 6 people.
Kitchen
Big fridge, freezer, microwave/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, 4 glass ceramic hotplates. Everything is new (from 2004 and 2007).
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are not included. The property is cleaned after every rental by a house cleaner for 30 eur (about 23 £).
Accomodation Notes
This house is suitable for children. You will find in the house a travelbed for children, and dishes for children, since we have 2 children ourselves (1 and 3 years-old).
Outside
Nice terrace with a wood table and wood chairs. A nice tree on the terrace provides you some shadow. The swimming pool is beautiful, with palm trees and a nice view on the provencal hills. It is fully secured (you have a pass). It is about 12 meters long and 6 meters large. It is shared by the residents (about 30 small houses).
Further Details
In the village, you have 3 bakeries, 2 grocery shops, doctor, pharmacy, press shop, bars and many restaurants. A provencal market every Tuesday. A tourism office and a launderette. A bank and a post office.

TO DISCOVER IN THE SURROUNDING AREA - The medieval village of Grimaud, the Romanesque church of Saint-Michel, the Rue des Templiers, the castle ruins, the Chapelle des Pénitents, the Chapelle Saint-Roch, the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de la Queste, Saint-Roch windmill, the Pont des Fées (bridge of fairies) and the lake city of Port-Grimaud. A small tourist train runs to Grimaud and Port-Grimaud. - The Corniche des Maures coastal road, the Route des Crêtes (route of the peaks), Hyères and the Iles d'Or (Islands of Gold), the Verdon gorges, Saint-Tropez, Gassin, Sainte-Maxime

Nice white sandy beaches about 6 miles from the village, and in Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, etc. Water sports : - Windsurfing, catamaran, jet-ski and parascending courses, 5 miles from the residence. - “Les Alizés” sailing and water-skiing centre, 7 miles. - Marines de Cogolin and Port-Grimaud scuba diving clubs (7 miles). 18-hole Golf courses within a 5-50 miles radius including: - Beauvallon Golf Club: 18 holes. - Sainte Maxime Golf-Club: 18 holes. - St Andréol Golf Club in La Motte: 18 holes. Horse-riding : 1 mile from Plan-de-la-Tour (on the road to Grimaud) Go-karting : Grimaud circuit (7 miles).

Booking Notes
We ask a deposit of 30% of the price at the reservation, and the balance 2 weeks before your departure.
Changeover day
Arrival at 3pm on Saturdays, departure on 10 am on Saturdays. Outside the high season, we can make arrangments if the week before or after you is free.
