A magnificent country estate house set in 4 acres of lush gardens, orange groves and sweeping palms. Just three kilometers from the ocean and the yachting marina and beaches of Vilamoura. The Quinta affords stunning, vast, panoramic views of the countryside and the ocean. Coming up a charming country lane you enter the main gates into the driveway, past the tennis courts and landscaped gardens featuring several statues and date palms. The entrance takes you into a comfortable, large and sociable lounge area with French windows leading onto a large sun terrace with stunning views and ideal for sundowners followed by al fresco dining. Leading off the main lounge are the various studios and apartments. Each are en suite with kitchenette and all have marvellous views. The décor is a mix of modern and Portuguese with terracotta tiled floors, tasteful features, pictures and ornamentation. 50% deposit upon booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Payment to Lloyds Bank and all arrangements handled by their accountant. Booking insurance by Lloyds but travel and personal insurance is to the clients benefit.
