The property is fully central heated with additional log burning stoves, is furnished comfortably and has exclusive outside areas with BBQ and enclosed garden. Its THE place for a Family or Group of Friends Reunion or Get Together.

Bedlinen is provided with all beds made up on arrival, except for sofa beds [+2 or +4 by arrangement] where bedlinen is left out. Towels are not provided.

There is an enclosed Mediterranean style garden and access to the Boatyard through a tunnel and access to the Dyfi waterfront, slipway beach and moorings through a further tunnel from the boatyard,

Machynlleth has a supermarket, hotels, shops and pubs and is the best main line station for travelling to and from England. Aberdovey is very much a popular holiday town with extensive beaches, cafes and pubs. Pennal is a small village with a pub and a shop

The renown Centre for Alternative Technology is approx 6 miles north.

The Dyfi estuary is immediately alongside the boatyard with exclusive access to the slipway, moorings, and beach. By arrangement, guests can bring their own boats to launch on the slipway for use during their stay
