Linen included , towels are an extra cost. Cleaning is done weekly at change over.

The property has been fully upgraded in 2008 whilst retaining the character of the house. The garden is enclosed and private making it safe for children.

The sheltered decked area just outside the back door has seating and room to BBQ. The upper area is grassed with further seating. To the side of the house there is parking for 2 cars.

One local village supermarket, post office, Fish and Chip shop at Scoutscroft caravan park Coldingham,Churches Fish restaurant Eyemouth,The Anchor and The New Inn in Coldingham. The Craw Inn at Auchencrow . Nearest bank is in Eyemouth.

Many great walks including John Muir and The Southern upland Way , diving at St Abbs, surfing classes at Pease Bay, bird and nature watching all along the coast, geological sites from Cove up to St Abbs, cycling, horse riding and sailing also available, off road driving centre at Abbey St Bathans.

Coldingham Sands is within walking distance, with play parks and football pitch in the village. St Abbs is 1 mile north west and Eyemouth a commercial fishing town lies 3 miles north east. Eyemouth Leisure Centre is ideally situated on the sea front.Further facilities 10 miles away in Berwick upon Tweed.
