The Villa Is Supplied with Sky Satellite System — Card Not Supplied. There is also a double bed setee in the lounge area which is suitable for two small children. The villa is fully alarmed and surrounded by high walls and security gates.
Cleaning & Linen
Cleaning 5 times a week and weekly linen and towels changed. Aircon is 200 euros per week.
Wheelchair Access
The whole villa is arranged on one level and is suitable for disabled clients (although please note that this villa is not fitted with any disability aid — it is simply our consideration that the villa would not pose any great problems to clients with mobility problems).

Albufeira is classified as a city and including all of its suburbs sprawls some 30 kilometres along the coast and some 10 kilometres inland. There is a good bus service, a train station and colourful land trains which do a full circuit of the city. There are very few high rise buildings and its very spread out with tree lined streets and nice gardens. The beaches vary between large golden bays and small rocky coves which are fun to explore and of course every beach has a lovely restaurant serving fresh fish and seafood. There are all kinds of restaurants, fun bars, sports bars, discos and nightclubs. The shopping is very good and there’s a Gypsy market every Tuesday. Activities include all kinds of watersports, tennis, spas and golf.

Please ask for our best price as given the times we are negotiating the best rate. 35% deposit upon booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Payment to Lloyds Bank and all arrangements handled by their accountant. Booking insurance by Lloyds but travel and personal insurance is to the clients benefit.
