Holiday Cottage in a convenient central location in the beautiful town of Llangollen in North Wales. The town is a popular tourist destination with a steam railway, horse drawn canal boats and beautiful scenery.The town stages many popular events all year round including the world famous International Eisteddfodd music festival. The cottage is within a few minutes walk of all the attractions as well as restaurants and pubs with live music and other entertainment. The town is also a great base for day trips to Snowdonia and the north coast beaches. The cottage provides basic accommodation with one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen and lounge. The cottage does not have a garden or parking, but parking may be arranged at the owners property close by and the cottage is within a few minutes walk of a beautiful public park and garden. Pets welcome. Non smokers only. bed linen and towels provided. Transport from airport/railway station may be arranged through owner.

The cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably but may be suitable for 2 adults with 1 or 2 small children (under 10). Inflatable ready beds can be supplied by owner where needed.

Within 1 to 2 minutes walk of numerous restaurants and pubs with live entertainment. Within 5 minutes walk of river. Hotel with spar complex open to public 10 minutes walk. Excellent location for walks with stunning scenery. Closest large town is Wrexham for shopping expeditions, cinema, and water world swimming complex.

Booking Notes
For telephone enquiries call owner after 6.30pm (UK time) Payment required at beginning of stay. Standard rental charge £175 per week. Increased rate may apply on Eisteddfod week, school and bank holidays depending on interest. No deposit but Proof of ID required for security on arrival. Photo ID including driving licence or passport.
Changeover day
Preferred change over day Saturday but this is flexible depending on availability and length of stay. Short stays and weekend stays also considered.
