Villa Sizarin is a new modern holiday home in the south of France and is available for private rentals. The Villa is situated in the Languedoc region just outside the village of Les Cammazes about 25km from the world heritage medieval city of Carcassonne. It is a three bedroom villa with private pool on the edge of a national park.

one king size bedroom with fitted wardrobs and bedside tables. Two twin bedrooms one with fitted wardrobe and one with free standing wardrobe
Bathrooms
bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and full height shower over and glass screen.Vanity unit with mirrors and a w/c. A seperate cloakroom with w/c and basin is off the hallway.
Living Rooms
The livingroom has a three and a two seater leather sofa with a leather reclining chair, with tv, dvd player, there is also a sky box all uk, dutch and french progrmmes are available. The dining room is to the side of the lounge next to the kitchen and is open plan to seat 6 persons on leather chairs and a double glass table
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted in a 'U' shape in Ash timber with worktops etc. Fitted dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, hob and extractor.Toasters, kettle and microwave are all included
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are included in the rental price and changed weekly, the property is cleaned on changover
Accomodation Notes
the heating system is reversable airconditioning. the property is suitable for children but beware of the dangers of a swimming pool and small children
Outside
To the front of the villa is a large drive leading to the pool and garden area, here you will find the 8mtr x 4 mtr pool and terraced area's for sunbathing and outdoor eating. A further covered decked area for eating is to the rear of the villa, this gives shade from the sun if required
Further Details
Nearest shop is in the village,Sells fresh bread every day but you must place your order beforehand, SUNDAY BREAD to order only. Also sells many every day items. Pizza may also be ordered. There is also a post office and tourest office. Main shops supermarkets, retaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes drive.

LAC du SAINT-FERROEL ( Lake, Dam and National Park )
Main road from Les Cammazes turn left follow D629 towards Revel, the Lake is about 5 Km and can be seen on the left. Here are various watersports including Pedelos, sailboards and fishing. (a permit may be necessary for fishing) Over the Dam is a National Park with waterfalls and a very large fountain.
CARCASSONNE le CITI
Carcassonne Walled Town is a MUST. Look out for the large FIREWORKS DISPLAY at Le Citi (old city) You are advised to be there early, but leave the car well away from the city limits as the traffic after the display gets grid locked. This spectacular sight on Bastile day — must be seen to be believed. Thousands of people will be there. BEST VIEW is from the old arched bridge looking towards the main street and Old City. Sit on the bridge wall. It starts about 2030 hrs on or around the 14th of July. FANTASTIC but be warned about the traffic.
BARRAGE Les CAMMAZES
Large dam that is either supplied with water from the Rigole or inturn supplied water to the rigole, it also produceses hydro-electricity and drinking water. Suitable for walks and cycle rides. To get there, turn left from villa to the very bottom road by La Rigole ( water aquaduct ) turn right up to main road. At the main road cross over and go down the left side of La Rigloe. Follow the rigole until you come to a road crossing and turn left down the hill, here you will see the dam. You are able to walk and cycle along the left side of the lake after crossing over the dam. You can also walk and cycle along the rigole for many kilometres as it is fairly level.
GOUFFRE GEANT de CABRESPINE
This cave is a huge single cavern, 80 Mtrs long and 220 Mtrs high, which is as high as the Eiffel Tower. Apart from guided tours an extended tour off the normal tourist section is also available. It lasts for five hours and takes place throughout the year. Must be booked in advance with a minimum party of six. Some of this tour is along the route of an underground river.
Various Restaurants can be found in this area including a Chinese.
Leisure Facilities
Many lakes exsist in the area that cater for watersports and horse riding. the coast is about 1 hours drive away with large sandy beaches.
Lac De Cavayere (Carcassone Lake or Carcassonne Plage) Large lake near Carcassone covering 18 hectares, this large expanse of water has an abundance of wild life and fish. There are designated swimming areas that are supervised by qualified life guards during the high season and fenced areas for children, pedallos are also available. The lake has pebble beaches and the lake floor slopes off gently to deeper water, for older children an adventure park with tree top walkways.
HORSE RIDING Horse riding is also available at Lac de Saint-Ferroel, but is only available for two or more riders and must be booked.

Booking the villa requires a deposit of 25% the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to letting period comencing together with a refundable security deposit of £ 150..00 per week
Changeover day
Change over days are saturday to saturday, arrivals not before 16:00 hrs, departures before 10:00 hrs
