One bedroomed bottom floor apartment for a couple in a private guarded domain with swimming pools and opposite the Cannes Mandelieu beach. The apartment is tastefully furnished and comprises a double bedroom, shower room with washbasin, separate wc, kitchen and living room which overlook the furnished terrace and two minute walk from the shared swimming pools and the public beach just outside the domain.

The apartment is ideal for a couple equipped with good quality furnishings cool in the summer and warm in the winter months with its own terrace and is situated opposite the guardians office and close to the pool with closed underground parking.

The doorways are of a standard size so wheelchair access is possible for standard sized wheelchairs.

Private terrace with chairs and table for enjoying breakfast, lunch and aperatifs and dinner.
Further Details
Most amenities can be found in Cannes la Bocca which is 15 minutes by foot but as there are so many places of interest to visit it is advised to hire a car to make your visit a truly memorable holiday.
Local Information
The apartment is in an excellent position away from teh husle and bustle of the large towns but within in easy distance of Italy, Monaco, Nice airport, Cannes, Mandlieu and St Tropez which can be reached by road or by boat (from Cannes).
Leisure Facilities
In the privately gated domain there are three pools of various sizes for all ages surrounded with chaises longues and literraly opposite the domain there is the mediterannean sea with sandy beach which runs the length from Cannes to Mandelieu. Parascending,water skiing, scuba diving and boat hire facilities are available along the coastline.
