C'an Cole was built by the present owners over 25 years ago and is used as their holiday home. It is in almost unique position of being the only house on the beach. It stands only six metres behind the maritime line in a two acre plot.

The garden that is totally enclosed by fences has a lockable gate leading directly onto the beach. The villa has a beautiful flat roof, ideal for private sunbathing and with views over the bay and surrounding hills. One terrace has a long built in tiled dining table and bench seat for al fresco meals.

Local Information
The villa is bounded on either side by excellent restaurants, behind the villa there are no buildings for at least two hundred yards. Cala Jundal is some twelve kms from the city of Ibiza and the main town of the Island. It is about fifteen minutes by car from the town and also Ibiza Airport.
