2 Bedroom House to let from £200 per week, sleeps 4.1 double bedroom 1 twin bedroom, large comfortable lounge + kitchen /diner and Shower/toilet. It has 2 floors with stairs so is unsuitable for wheelchairs. The house does not have a garden but for children there is a play area nearby. The house is in the village Vayres situated close to the Ancient church.The village has two bakers, a butcher, a hairdresser and a post office. It is 8km from the pretty town of Rochechouart where there are banks, quaint little shops, restaurants and bars. A car is recommended for this area unless by prior arrangement with owner local trips can be accommodated at a reasonable rate. The house has dvd players in two rooms, a hairdryer, fitted kitchen/diner area on ground floor.

Bedrooms
1 double 1 twin with fitted wardrobes each have dressing tables and are decorated in a very pleasant way. There are hairdryers plus dvd players or video players supplied. Cot can be provided if requested prior to visit.

Living Rooms
One large comfortable lounge with views of the village comprising of 1 sofa and 2 chairs + dvd player. The lounge is a pale lemon and is beautiful during the sunset time.
Kitchen
Kitchen on lower floor is kitchen/diner quite rustic but with all the necessary equipment such as kettle,toaster,fridge,microwave and cooker. Plus a fan pine table plus four chairs. Iron plus ironing board plus highchair
Other Rooms
This house has stairs as it is 2 floors with the kitchen/diner on ground floor and the rest on upper floor. It is in a quiet village so is not suitable for parties. The locals are friendly.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and sheets are provided there is not a maid service. A change of linen/towels will be provided after 1 week.
Accomodation Notes
Children can be accomodated but will be parents responsibility, there are stairs and also the house opens on to the street, it is a quiet street and a quiet village but there can be traffic. There is a gas heater in the lounge and electric fire in twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a cuisinnaire as well as a cooker if it is cold, but this is not ususally necessary.
Wheelchair Access
There is no wheelchair access therefore unfortunately it is not suitable for disabled
Outside
A quiet road/village it does have a main through road to St Mathieu and Rochechouart. The swimming lakes with beach are 8km in either direction. Limoges with its potteries, shops, zoo, aquarium, bars and restaurants/cafes are 35 min drive.

Nearest supermarket 6km at Oradour sur Vayres there are also banks here and a pharmacy. There are also Supermarkets at Rochechouart 8Km and St Mathieu 8Km. There are also Petrol Garages at these places

Local Information
There are Chateaus, Roman Ruins, country roads with sheep and cows. Ancient churches, historical sites. two restaurants next to the swimming lakes + cafe. Historical site Oradour sur Glane is 40 minutes by car
Leisure Facilities
In the locality it is possible to cycle, ramble, fish, horse ride, sail, dine out. Swimming lakes have beaches there is one in vidiex 6km and St Mathieu 8Km Horse riding is est.30 mins by car.

Booking Notes
£50 per person non returnable deposit on booking plus £100 returnable security deposit. Payments must be made by cheque or paypal at least 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not made by this time it will be assumed it has been cancelled.
