Local Information
It is only 10 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar. The town of Elche is a few kilometres away and is noted for its leather goods and Torrevieja for its great local and foreign restaurants, fabulous shops and boutiques as well as all the usual entertainments, sport, social and cultural activities you would expect. If you are an angler, don't forget your rods. The area is recognised worldwide for its marvellous climate and extremely healthy atmosphere that is influenced by the provincial salt lagoons. It is claimed to ease such ailments as rheumatism, arthritis and dermatological disorders

There are many excellent golf courses within easy putting distance. Apart from the many excellent local ones there are the internationally renown championship standard courses at Real Club Campoamor, Club Ramblas and Campo Villmartin all 25 minutes drive away.
